Payment Timing	According to the timing specified in the contract or invoice.
Service Delivery Timing	Provision begins once the Company's prescribed procedures are completed after the contract is concluded.
Returns / Cancellation	Due to the nature of SaaS and digital services, refunds after the start of provision are generally not accepted, except where otherwise provided by law or by individual contract.
Termination	Accepted through the admin console or the inquiry desk in accordance with the contract terms.
System Requirements	An internet connection and the latest version of a major browser are recommended.
